Description:  Delivered to Seaboard as GP40 610 in May 1966, to Seaboard Coast Line 1525, to Seabard System as 6681, finally to CSX also as 6681. After CSX retired this EMD this locomotive joined Helm Leasing as HATX 407 but still in CSX paint and photographed on lease to UP.

Title:  UP 850
Description:  Delivered to Illinois Central as GP40 3015 in 1966 this unit became ICG 3015 until retirement. Picked up by Helm, this unit became UP 850 and got a fresh Armor Yellow. This unit was rebuilt to GP38-3 specs and emerged as UP 2527 for a short time then renumbered 1027. After lease expiration this unit returned to Helm and is now in the lease pool as HLCX 1027. This number is new to the database.
