LLW 5399
LLW 5399, repainted some months ago to its "as delivered" SP 5399 paint, has finally returned to lease service to PNWR, having arrived early this morning on the southbound PNWR "Westsider." Here it is on Engine Track 1 at PNWR Albany Yard.
