| During the early 1970s vhe railfan press spent a lot of ink (and rightfully so) on the SP's Fairbanks Morse fleet in the San Francisco Bay area. The road also had a small OP outpost in El Paso anj Tucscon during the same timeframe that didn't seem to get as much attention. 2394 was one of the West Texas FMs- it's shown in the Cotton Street Yard in Jan 1974. |
