"Rudy" and the Holiday Express being towed behind KCS business train         
The spot on the observation deck of the "Port Arthur" would have been the place to be. I was standing on the stair platform than runs from the Common Street overpass down to where Union Station used to be in Shreveport. I wonder if the passengers on the train even realized that they were passing by the platforms of Shreveport's long gone Union Station?
