This was the lead locomotive of a train which ran a red block and collided with a stopped stack train at 40 mph in Arlington. This locomotive derailed and rolled down an embankment but managed to stay upright. Amazingly, no injuries were reported and the crew of the stack train had no idea they had been hit.
