Seaboard System GP11 #4602, one of six "Paducah" geeps on the roster that led to Seaboard Coast Line beginning their own GP7/9 "Uceta" rebuild program,          
Seaboard System GP11 #4602 was built in December 1950 as Clinchfield Railroad GP7 #900. In May 1979, Illinois Central Gulf was contracted to rebuild the unit at their Paducah (KY) facility and it was classified as a GP11. Unit later became CSX #1702
