| Former Milwaukee Road Skytop observation car "Cedar Rapids" and the former Milwaukee Road super dome car bring up the the hind end of the latest excursion to be pulled by the Milwaukee Road 261. Here they are about to roll across Lake Street in Wayzata as the train slows for a brief stop at the Wayzata depot to diesmbark passengers there that boarded at the depot this morning for the fall color trip to Willmar and return. Incidentally, former Milwaukee Road diesels once plied the rails of the side tracks in the foreground back in the good old days when Dakota Rail used them to interchange with the BNSF. |
