ARB. Here is a postal card entitled "Pennsylvania 4233." No Postmark. Revised Caption On Reverse: "Pennsylvania Railroad 2-10-0 Decapod #4233 is crossing over westward past a set of Baldwin ["Centipede"] diesels in the mid-1950's. The [N-5C] caboose hop is about to pass beneath the 8th Street Bridge in Juniata, just east of Altoona, Pennsylvania, near the site of Rose Tower." PRR engine #4233 is an I-1SA built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an I-1S during June of 1923, rebuilt in Juniata as an I-1SA in June of 1941, and retired in December of 1957 after 34 years of faithful service.
