Partial Caption: "Pennsylvania's T-1 No. 5500 ~ standing in St. Louis Union Station with the 'American' ~ was originally built by the PRR's Juniata Shops, and fitted with poppet valves of the oscillating-cams type. But this recent photo shows her in a new rig with Franklin's poppet valves using rotary cams."
