CN 2-10-2 #4327 - Canadian National         
It appears that this Canadian National 2-10-2 #4327 built by the Canadian Locomotive Company in June of 1930 now sits in a storage/scrap line. Officially it was retired and scrapped in May of 1958. No photographer was listed for the photo.
