Shown here is Altoona & Logan Valley Electric Railway streetcar #70. It's crossing the 17th Street Bridge over the Pennsylvania Railroad's mainline tracks, and has just begun the outbound leg of its roundtrip run from Altoona to Eldorado and back. Partially visible at the right is the inbound track to downtown Altoona.
