Here is a steam locomotive portrait of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9360, a B-28S (0-6-0) switcher built by the American Locomotive Company during November of 1918 and retired in November of 1949 after 31 years of faithful service. It was designed by the United States Railroad Administration during the height of World War I. Note the poling pole attached to the tender.
