Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Oil City, Pennsylvania, on 21 May 1938. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6249, an H-6SB (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as H-6B number "3228" during December of 1907, renumbered "6247" in March of 1908, rebuilt in Juniata as an H-6SB in June of 1919.
