| Alco built this S2 switcher in September of 1945 as Milwaukee Road #1660. It served for nearly 18 years before being scrapped at the Milwaukee Shops in 1963. Somewhere along the way it was renumbered to MILW #835. Specs - 10-AS class, 1000 hp, engine weight of 233,000 lb. Unknown photographer. |
