The 700 was a sufuric acid train that originated in Montreal and ran to a customer in Philadelphia, and ran as needed, Its empty counterpart was the 701. When one of the first of these trains ran, the CR dispatcher had the Binghamton local, WABH 11, move down to BD to roll it by, and get car numbers. Pretty shot
