The train is the WB Manhatten Limited and Golden Triangle. Looks like the first E's and second E's radio antennas are connected!

Those actually aren't "Radio" antennas they are for the inductive train phone system that PRR used. The lineside poll lines carried the conversation, these long antennas were supposed too send and receive the distance between the engine and wayside wire. It worked much better on paper than actual practice.
